Assessment & Probe
We probe cracked areas, check moisture readings, and look at all windows, penetrations, and expansion joints. Cracks don't appear randomly — we find the cause.
Moisture Mitigation
If there is active water infiltration behind the stucco, we address it before touching the surface. This may involve flashing repair, window pan replacement, or wall drainage.
Remove & Patch
Deteriorated stucco removed to sound substrate. New scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat applied with proper cure time between layers.
Color & Texture Match
We mix finish coat with integral pigment to match existing. On large recoat projects, full recoat eliminates the patch-visible problem.
