What We Build

Bathrooms, Kitchens and Everything That Holds Them Up

A licensed California general contractor working two markets from one Sacramento office. Bathrooms are what we do most, kitchens next, painting after that — and we carry the trades that support them rather than subcontracting them out to whoever is free.

What We Do Most

Three Trades, Done Properly

Ranges below are the published bands for California — the number you can plan around is the written fixed price you get after the site visit.

Bathroom Remodeling

Bathroom renovations consistently rank among the highest-ROI home improvements in California. We handle full bathroom remodels — tile, fixtures, vanity, shower and tub, waterproofing, lighting, and ventilation — all under one contract, fully permitted.

  • Schluter and Wedi waterproofing systems — proper installation
  • Tile work with correct layout and grout selection
  • Ventilation upgrades — quiet fans, proper CFM rating
  • Curbless shower options for accessibility and modern aesthetic

Kitchen Remodeling

The kitchen is the most-used room in a home and the renovation with the clearest return on investment. We handle full kitchen remodels from demo through finish — cabinetry, countertops, appliances, electrical, plumbing, tile, and lighting. One contractor, no coordination headaches.

  • Full coordination of all trades — no subcontract juggling for you
  • Custom and semi-custom cabinetry at all price points
  • Quartz, granite, and butcher block countertops in-house

Painting

A fresh coat of paint is one of the highest-ROI improvements you can make to any property. We don't just roll paint — we prep surfaces properly, repair cracks and damaged drywall, apply primer where needed, and use quality materials rated for California conditions.

  • Proper surface prep — crack repair, drywall patching, caulking
  • Low-VOC and zero-VOC options for occupied spaces
  • Victorian color consultation for historic homes

The Trades That Finish the Job

A bathroom is rarely only a bathroom. These are the trades we keep in-house so one contract and one project manager cover the whole job.

We do not take roofing, ADU construction, seismic retrofit, stucco, concrete or foundation-repair work. If that is your project we will say so on the phone rather than quote it and hand it to somebody else.

Commercial space? Tenant improvements, restaurant and retail renovations and multifamily work are on our commercial page, with a proposal form built for owners and property managers.

What Happens Next

Four Steps, Clear Communication

  1. 1

    You pick a day

Choose a date and a three-hour arrival window. Never same-day — we confirm the crew before we promise you a slot.

  2. 2

    A contractor comes out

A licensed contractor, not a salesperson. Usually 30–60 minutes looking at the actual room. Free, and no obligation.

  3. 3

    You get a fixed price

A written, itemised proposal with one number on it. Not a range, not a ballpark, and not a figure that moves later.

  4. 4

    We pull the permits

Permits and inspections are handled in-house, and one project manager stays on the job to the final walkthrough.

Questions We Get Before the First Call

Which service do you do most?

Bathroom remodeling. Full bathrooms and powder rooms are the bulk of our work, followed by kitchen remodels and interior and exterior painting.

Do you work in both Sacramento and the Bay Area?

Yes. The office is at 2180 Harvard St STE 147, Sacramento, and we run crews across the Sacramento region and the San Francisco Bay Area — San Francisco, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Contra Costa and Marin counties.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. A licensed contractor comes out, usually for 30 to 60 minutes, and you get a written fixed price. There is no charge and no obligation at the end of it.

Do you give a fixed price or a range?

A fixed price, in writing, after the site visit. The ranges published on this site are there so you can budget before we ever meet — they are not the quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

CSLB #1130134, Class B General Building, with $1M general liability and workers' compensation. You can check the licence on the CSLB website.

How fast do you reply?

Within 3 to 6 business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific.

Do you take roofing, ADU, concrete or foundation work?

No. We do not take roofing, ADU construction, seismic retrofit, stucco, concrete or foundation-repair work, and we will tell you that up front rather than quote it.
