How It Works
Our Stucco Repair Process
Assessment & Probe
We probe cracked areas, check moisture readings, and look at all windows, penetrations, and expansion joints. Cracks don't appear randomly — we find the cause.
Moisture Mitigation
If there is active water infiltration behind the stucco, we address it before touching the surface. This may involve flashing repair, window pan replacement, or wall drainage.
Remove & Patch
Deteriorated stucco removed to sound substrate. New scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat applied with proper cure time between layers.
Color & Texture Match
We mix finish coat with integral pigment to match existing. On large recoat projects, full recoat eliminates the patch-visible problem.

Common Questions
Stucco Repair FAQ
Stucco cracks at stress points — window corners, expansion joints, and transitions. If the same cracks reappear, there's a structural or moisture movement issue beneath the surface.
Yes. We match sand finish, smooth finish, dash, and most regional textures. For very old integral-color stucco, we test samples before committing to a full coat.
For older stucco with widespread fine cracking (crazing), elastomeric coating bridges the cracks and extends service life. It's not a substitute for addressing active moisture infiltration.
If more than 30–40% of the stucco surface shows delamination or soft spots, a full recoat or re-stucco is more cost-effective than individual patches.
"Finished on the exact date they promised, kept the site clean every single day, and the work passed City inspection first visit. I've hired two contractors before — the difference is night and day."
"14 weeks start to finish on our backyard ADU. They pulled every permit, coordinated every trade, and handled every inspection. We had a paying tenant 30 days after the final walkthrough."
"They actually restored the wood instead of covering it up. Matched the original trim profiles, fixed the rot sections properly. They treated the house like it mattered — because to us, it does."
