The project
After an electrical rewiring, the walls were left with open cuts on every floor. Our job was to close them up so that nobody could ever tell they had been opened.
We protected the floors and furniture, added insulation where the walls were open, hung new drywall in every cut section and secured it to the framing. Each patch got tape, several coats of joint compound and careful sanding, with the texture matched to the surrounding wall.
The repaired walls were primed and the interior was repainted with premium low-VOC Sherwin-Williams Emerald for a clean, even finish from corner to corner.
