Engineering
Repair designs for underpinning and crack reinforcement are prepared by a licensed engineer, so the fix is specified rather than guessed.
Permits & Plan Check
Foundation repair typically requires a permit. We manage the submittal and answer plan-check comments.
Repair
Underpinning, epoxy injection or carbon fibre — executed to the engineered plans and signed off by the city inspector.
Drainage & Waterproofing
The water that caused the problem gets addressed too: vapour barrier, grading, and perimeter drainage where it is needed.
